Privacy Policy
What Aces Highlands collects when you use this website, and why.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
The short version
We are an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractor, not a data company. We collect two kinds of information: what you deliberately send us when you ask for service, and a limited record of how this website is used so we can tell which pages and advertisements actually help people reach us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers described below who help us operate the site and respond to you.
Information you give us
When you submit a form, start a chat, or request an estimate, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of the work you need. We use this to contact you, quote the work, schedule service, and keep a record of the job.
If you call or text the number on this site, your phone number is visible to us the way it would be with any phone call. Calls may be recorded or transcribed where our phone provider offers that feature and where the law allows it.
Information collected automatically
When you view a page, we record the page address, the referring website, an approximate location derived from your IP address (typically city and state level), your browser type, and the date and time. We also record certain actions — for example tapping a phone number, opening the booking widget, or submitting a form — so we can measure which pages lead to real enquiries.
To count returning visits without knowing who you are, we store a randomly generated identifier in your browser’s local storage. It is not derived from your name, your email address, your IP address, or any characteristic of your device, and it means nothing outside this website. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.
This first-party record is kept for 14 months and then deleted.
Advertising and third-party analytics
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, including Google’s enhanced conversions feature, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These services set their own cookies and receive information about your visit, which they may use to measure advertising performance and to show you advertisements elsewhere.
Where enhanced conversions are used, contact details you submit in a form may be converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash before being sent to Google, so that Google can match the enquiry to an advertisement click without receiving the details in readable form.
These are independent companies and their handling of your information is governed by their own policies. You can review Google’s at policies.google.com/privacy and Meta’s at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data a website can keep in your browser. This site uses them for three purposes: the analytics identifier described above, the advertising cookies set by Google and Meta, and remembering your accessibility toolbar preferences such as larger text or higher contrast.
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Blocking this data will not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the providers that make this business run: our website and hosting provider, our email and phone providers, our scheduling and dispatch software, our payment processor, and the advertising and analytics services named above. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our staff, or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Website analytics records are deleted after 14 months. Enquiries, estimates, and service records are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax, warranty, licensing, and insurance obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text message from us.
Write to info@aceshvacp.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and we will respond. We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request, and we may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
