Cape Elizabeth Homes and What They Need

Cape Elizabeth's housing is markedly older than Falmouth's or Cumberland's. Census estimates put the median home at 1967, about two-thirds of homes were built before 1980, and nearly one in five predates 1940, in neighborhoods such as Cape Cottage and Delano Park near Fort Williams.
